SAN DIEGO, CA – July 28, 2017 – Founded in 1974, San Diego-based Total Gym products are used in 14,000 physical therapy clinics, athletic training facilities, hospitals, universities, professional sports teams and health clubs, inspiring over 24 million workouts per year worldwide.
Total Gym lacked the ability to track and view activity on their website. To assist Total Gym with their desire to do the aforementioned, Cloud Creations integrated a Pardot® Connector App through Salesforce’s AppExchange that was able to accomplish several of Total Gym’s needs. The Connector App in Pardot® pushed information collected from email templates into Salesforce. As the information from email templates come into Salesforce it is populated into fields with various automation rules. Prospects (leads/contacts) who were sent these emails were also given the opportunity to subscribe or unsubscribe to Total Gym emails by clicking on links embedded on the email templates. Using Pardot®, Cloud Creations also integrated a “Drip Program” into the Total Gym website to track the activity. For further tracking purposes, Cloud Creations also integrated 2 forms onto separate landing pages on the Total Gym website.
Total Gym now has a platform to track website activity, follow their email campaigns and use subscriber links to build a greater reach with prospective clients. But most importantly, they can view and analyze all of this information.
