- We’ll create a Slack Workspace & install the Slack App. We’ll connect Salesforce, configure user mappings for authentication.
Custom Channels Configuration
- We will create up to five custom channels for team or department use
Customize Bots
- We’ll customize bots in Slack to perform specific actions, such as pulling or updating data from Salesforce.
Page Layout Configuration
- We’ll configure page layouts in Salesforce to send information between Slack and Salesforce.
Training
- We’ll perform a custom, one-hour training session to train on the Salesforce and Slack Integration.
