Enable and Configure with Amazon Connect

  • We’ll enable Service Cloud Voice in your Salesforce instance and create your Amazon Connect instance.

Create your Service Cloud Voice Contact Center

  • We’ll set up your contact center for Service Cloud Voice with Amazon Connect that will allow you add admins and agents to your center.

Create a Phone Channel and Configure Caller ID

  • We’ll create a phone channel to configure call routing for voice calls and setup Caller ID to make it easier for agents to identify callers.

Configure Omni-Channel Settings

  • We’ll enable and configure omni-channel to route incoming voice calls to different support agents based on most qualified or available within your contact center.

Training

  • We’ll perform a custom, one-hour training session to train agents on Service Cloud Voice features and daily use.
