Project Kickoff and Business Process Reviews
- We’ll review the project plan for implementation, introduce you to our team of experts, and request access to your Salesforce org.
Enable and Configure with Amazon Connect
- We’ll enable Service Cloud Voice in your Salesforce instance and create your Amazon Connect instance.
Create your Service Cloud Voice Contact Center
- We’ll set up your contact center for Service Cloud Voice with Amazon Connect that will allow you add admins and agents to your center.
Create a Phone Channel and Configure Caller ID
- We’ll create a phone channel to configure call routing for voice calls and setup Caller ID to make it easier for agents to identify callers.
Configure Omni-Channel Settings
- We’ll enable and configure omni-channel to route incoming voice calls to different support agents based on most qualified or available within your contact center.
- We’ll perform a custom, one-hour training session to train agents on Service Cloud Voice features and daily use.
