Data Augmentation Service
Step One
- Salesforce (typically an AE or RSM) will email us a list of account names and the state they are located in.
Step Two
- Cloud Creations will research the phone numbers to these companies.
Step Three
Salesforce will work with Cloud Creations to design a survey for our outbound call team to ask relevant
questions to qualify the accounts, for example:
- What CRM are you using today? When does the contract on that software expire?
- What software are you using today to manage sales, service, or marketing automation?
- Who is the right person to speak with about sales or marketing management, and what is their email address?
- How many sales (or service) people do you have on staff today?
- Have you evaluated Salesforce in the past?
Step Four
Cloud Creations will begin calling these companies and asking these questions to obtain the desired
information. Once the call campaign is complete, Cloud Creations will email back a spreadsheet with the
desired information added as columns on the spreadsheet.
