- We’ll configure accounts for documenting information related to businesses, households, organizations, or agencies involved in the sales process.
- We’ll customize contacts for managing the personal and relevant details needed to make sales happen.
- We’ll configure opportunities for tracking your sales and potential sales pipeline, win rates, competitors, and sales stages for ease of reporting.
Retail Stores and Products Customization
- We’ll customize retail stores to capture information about each physical location under an account to facilitate visit planning.
- We’ll create categories and assortments of products to track against retail stores.
Visit Planning and Execution
- Customize visits for reps to plan and determine what tasks need to be completed at each store.
Maps Configuration and Optimization
- Create five layers with up to three preset criteria
- Configure hover fields with related lists from field data
- Configure up to two routes for optimization, up to 50 stops per route
- We’ll perform a custom, one-hour webinar data import training session to train on importing leads, accounts, and contacts in Salesforce.
