Overview

Cloud Creations, Inc. is a Salesforce consulting partner that implements the Salesforce software for a variety of clients, including private sector, public sector, and nonprofit organizations. We provide configuration, development, and training of Salesforce’s primary products, including sales cloud, service cloud, pardot, and community cloud.

Responsibilities

Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects, including setting deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. On a daily basis, the typical project manager will lead 4 – 6 strategy sessions, which are facilitated via conference call and screen-sharing software. After each strategy session, the project manager will delegate tasks to respective assigned developers for completion. The project manager will not perform any configuration or development.

Requirements

• Previous project experience as a software project manager, project coordinator, or project assistant
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Capacity to manage high stress situations
• Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
• Conference leadership skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to log time on timecards
• Maintain a full daily agenda via self-scheduling

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from an accredited university in the field of business or technology
• Cloud-based CRM experience as a user or administrator
• Past experience directly managing and supervising software developers
• Microsoft, Salesforce, or Oracle certifications
• PMP or Prince II certifications
