HOUSTON, TX – June 1, 2017 – Texan Insurance is a single source business that provides insurance and risk management services in commercial and personal property/casualty coverage, employee benefits, and life insurance. Founded in 1984, Texan Insurance is a Texas-based company serving all of Texas and Louisiana.
When Texan Insurance came to Cloud Creations they had been using Salesforce, but needed to improve how they were using it to handle their current marketing endeavors. Cloud Creations moved Texan Insurance into Marketing Cloud and then used the Marketing Cloud Connect App in AppExchange to connect it to their existing Salesforce platform. Cloud Creations then enhanced their online visibility and enabled them to collect the results of this new visibility through 3 tabs: Social Studios, Email Sense, and Sense Analytics in Marketing Cloud. In particular, the integration of Social Studios allowed Texan Insurance to align all of their social media accounts in Marketing Cloud to broaden their customer reach. Also integrated into Marketing Cloud was Journey Builder, a tool allowing Texan Insurance to post messages and comments from their social media followers’ right onto their website. Now with the Journey Builder integration, Texan Insurance was able to send out campaigns and follow them through Marketing Cloud. Texan Insurance also had Cloud Creations develop customized HTML code in Web Collect so that a “subscriber” option could be added to Texan Insurance’s website.
Texan Insurance is now able to use their new marketing tools to take information from emails in Email Studio and Social Studios, and have that information pushed into their Salesforce platform. And with Automation Studio they are able to configure updates to their data at given intervals of time.
