  • We'll implement marketing cloud automation to ensure the right outbound messages go into campaign journeys for both buyers and sellers, as well as potential new recruits.

Household & Contact Configuration

  • We'll configure client tracking by household and contacts for tracking potential buyers and sellers, timeline, goals and motivations.

Email Integration

  • We'll integrate Gmail or Outlook to ensure conversations with clients or potential agent recruits are properly captured and stored in Salesforce for team visibility.

Opportunity Customization

Zillow Connector Setup

  • We'll implement the Zillow connector to pull in the ZestimateĀ® and tie it to a specific property record for a quick understanding of potential property value.

Slack App Configuration

  • We'll configure Slack so your entire team and clients are able to collaborate in one secure space, while affiliating specific opportunity and contact records with those contacts.

Analytics Reporting

  • We'll configure reports and dashboards for tracking sales progress for potential sales and purchases, as well as recruits and find hotspots for both.

Permissions & Security

  • We'll implement security rules so leads that belong to specific agents are not viewable by others but available to management and executive staff.

MLS Web Service Integration
