Project Kick-Off

  • We'll kick off your project with a call to introduce you to the lead consultant for your project, obtain access to CPG Cloud, and schedule your initial strategy session.

Lead Configuration

  • We'll configure leads for tracking potential retail venues and outlets for product placement, with fields for tracking pre-qualifying information such as location type, competing products sold, and merchandising within the store.

Sales Cadence Setup

  • We'll configure sales engagement to ensure new or existing leads are following a guided sales process based on lead source, qualification type, and status.

Company & Contact Setup

  • We'll set up accounts for tracking company and store information, as well as points of contact for the store such as address, visibility, foot traffic, general managers, and other KPI's.

Email Integration

  • We'll integrate your Gmail or Outlook application for storing and retrieving the most relevant email conversations automatically using Inbox and Einstein Activity Capture.

Opportunity & Products Customization

  • We'll customize opportunities and products for tracking your potential and existing sales contracts, including quantity sold, discounting, types, price list, and more.

Distributor Personalization

  • We'll personalize the distributor record for ensuring all indirect and channel leads and sales are correctly registered.

Visits Configuration

  • We'll configure visits for ensuring information gathered while performing either a scheduled or ad-hoc visit including one visit template.

Maps Customization

  • We'll customize maps to give your team a visual representation of leads, prospective stores, and existing stores to help make the most of onsite visits and your outreach campaigns.

Sales Analytics Customization

  • We'll configure reports and dashboards to ensure you're able to see your sales teams' progress from a high level on the dashboard, while being able to drill down to the report level to access the supporting data.

Security & Permissions Setup

  • We'll create user-based restrictions to ensure that your sales team only has access to the records necessary to support their territory.

Data Migration

  • We'll perform an export of up to 100,000 records from your existing database, perform an initial test import to ensure mapping integrity, and then schedule a final import just prior to final training.

Salesforce Training

  • We'll perform a training session for your team and key stakeholders to ensure everyone knows how to use Salesforce, including administrator training for covering topics such as automation and security.
