Adventist needed Customization added to their website in the form of Custom Objects and Fields. The fields needed appropriate relationships so they could be tied into one another. For example, the custom objects “Ambulatory Clinics” and “GR Departments” each had various fields associated with the object. But, they also had relationships in certain fields between the objects in spite of the objects and fields being separated from one another. To resolve this, Cloud Creations built out 6 Custom Objects, with several different fields along with all of the field categories coded to be recognized individually so that they could then be tied in relation to various other fields even if they were under different objects.
Adventist Health sought custom built out unique relationships in objects and fields that could govern and manage the information that they maintained between them. With the customization deployed by Cloud Creations, Adventist now had the type of data management that they had sought.
