LOS ANGELES, CA – July 23, 2018 – Founded in 2013, Tryperion Partners is a privately held real estate investment firm focused on value-added investments in secondary Western and Midwestern U.S. markets. Tryperion’s founding partners have acquired and/or managed assets valued in excess of $5.0 billion across all commercial property types.
Tryperion wanted to bring in data from an existing Fund America platform, primarily they wanted to import investors and potential investors into their Salesforce Enterprise platform. So, in order for them to manage their pipeline via Salesforce they were going to need a spreadsheet importation then they were going to need a series of process automation integrations, and API and web-service integrations for more streamlined data capturing and client contact and follow up processes.
At the account level, Cloud Creations processed automations using an automation builder that when triggered was able to determine whether an opportunity was closed and/or won. When the opportunity was won, the investments field would update and also the invested field would total all the Closed-Won opportunities.
Account fields were also created and configured by Cloud Creations for the Typerion project. The field displays have a short sales process detail that includes data for “exploration” initial stage, and an “active” stage that shows once a Typerion user has reached out to a potential investor, and either a Closed-Won or Closed – Lost field category that is reflective of whether or not an account was funded.
Check out the field display configured by Cloud Creations below.
Cloud Creations used a web service integration and process builder to take information from Typerion prospects who submitted data to their website, and had that data automatically filter into their opportunity object in Salesforce that began a prospect/opportunity “exploration” stage for them.
When an investor followed through with emails and other automated processes the opportunity object showed as a closed-won.
Check out the object features in the frame below.
Cloud Creations also configured Typerions page views so that users could see a real time view of all their web-service integration submissions as opportunities.
Take a look at the field panel below. It displays critical opportunity data such as amount, close date, probability, stage, origination of the prospect (lead), and the status of the lead or opportunity.
Typerion needed a web-service integration that was capable of translating opportunity information into prospects that could be contacted and filtered into their platform to increase their sales reach. With the implementations that Cloud Creations installed they were able to accomplish this.
