Colliers was looking for a CRM capable of tracking all of the properties that they managed and along with that they were looking to link each and every relationship tied to an account and/or opportunity within their business.
Cloud Creations implemented a Process Builder integration, and spreadsheet import and export, for Colliers which allows them to prioritize tasks, and also link accounts, contacts, and opportunities to custom objects – also developed by Cloud Creations – so that they can be synchronized to email campaigns and activities related to daily business practices.

From the contacts tab users can view multiple files for multiple accounts (left pointing large arrow), and they can utilize the custom objects at the top of the contact field panel to perform a number of customized tasks developed by Cloud Creations.
A Visualforce map – synced with Google Maps – in the properties field panel also lays out a number of contact and opportunity details.
Hyperlinks on the panel page allow users to navigate between all of the information associated with the property. In an activity panel to the right users can also see the activity that has occurred with property as well.
Rich details in a custom properties field layout expand the abilities of users to utilize a great deal of information about a property. Check it out below.
Users can access contact information with a link to property owner email, with images. They can also see any notes about the property in a notes sections, they can use hyperlinks on the field view to go to pages associated with the property, and they can also visit and browse the property’s main ownership hyperlink.
