Cloud Creations Implements Lead and Opportunity Tracking

LAKE FOREST, CA – Apr 24, 2018 – Founded in 1994 Inter-Sky is a manufacturer and installer of custom metal framed, glass skylights. They blend innovative design, sound engineering and skilled craftsmanship with a dedication to quality and schedules, assuring their customers a superior product on time and on budget.

Inter-sky is a sub-contractor, they needed a CRM to track when a new project was announced, as well as, a way to track the general contractors who were bidding on the project. Then once a general contractor was awarded the bid they needed to try and win the project with them. Then if they had won the project they needed a CRM to manage it.

Cloud Creations assisted Inter-Sky by customizing and configuring almost 100 account object fields for Inter-Sky’s project management tasks.

At the stage of bidding Cloud Creations also customized and configured an Opportunities Object and related fields to manage bid proposals.

Spreadsheets were also imported into Salesforce, then a Projects Object and Fields were also customized and configured for Inter-Sky.
