HOUSTON, TX – Apr 16, 2018 – Hines is a privately owned global real estate investment firm founded in 1957 with a presence in 201 cities in 24 countries. Hines has approximately $111 billion of assets under management, including $60 billion for which Hines provides fiduciary investment management services, and $51 billion for which Hines provides third-party property-level services.
Hines needed a CRM to help track leases, proposal, properties, and of course their opportunities. They were using an ACT platform that did not have the capability to do this.
Hines had one primary goal and Cloud Creations was able to provide it to them by giving Hines the ability to create an Opportunity for a Tenant (Account), track all Proposals/counter proposals sent, create a Lease for a signed Proposal, and relate it back to the Property.
