IRVINE, CA – July 26, 2018 – Founded in 2008, Orgain is a manufacturer of delicious Organic nutritional products that include a line of: shakes, protein shakes, protein bars and protein powders, that help people lead healthy, vibrant lives. Orgain was created by Dr. Andrew Abraham who sought to create high-quality organic nutrition products for active people in need of great-tasting wholesome nourishment on the go.
Orgain already had a Salesforce Enterprise implementation; however, because their business focus is to promote their product by offering samples to healthcare professionals they needed more diverse ways to build contacts, generate more leads, and then have an automation process in place that would manage this process and ensure that their contacts/leads received samples and that an Orgain representative followed up with the contact.
Orgain reached out to Cloud Creations to help fully automate their lead generation, and communication and fulfillment process.
Cloud Creations assisted Orgain by transitioning their samples and lead process into a web-to-lead platform. An automated process builder integrated into Orgain’s Salesforce platform recognizes a lead then begins the process of converting the lead so that a packaging label is created using a FedEx Shipment app also implemented by Cloud Creations. From this point on process automation converts the lead into email follow up processes using a Mail Chimp app and Survey force app also integrated by Cloud Creations.
Reports and a dashboards were also integrated by Cloud Creations so that account holders could view the lead process from a dashboard view.
Cloud Creations also configured field views within objects for: lead, account, products, and opportunities. A lightening for Outlook email integration was also configured into Orgain’s Salesforce platform as well.

The FedEx app install has field configurations like search menus, check boxes for automation, notes fields, information fields, and custom objects that can be used to automatically calculate rates and shipping costs.

A process automation builder recognizes when a lead is fulfilled then sends an email notification to the lead/contact that their samples have been sent.

Cloud Creations configured reports and dashboards so users could access object information in a single dashboard panel. The panel could be expanded (top arrow down) and reports could be accessed with an embedded hyperlink (left arrow bottom).
