Tuna Steaks
Original Recipe

Ingredients:

Tuna Steaks, Mayonnaise , Lemon Juice

2 Pinches Garlic powder, Salt, Pepper

Chef Paul Prudhommes' Seafood magic (or whatever spice combination you prefer)

Mix the mayonnaise, Lemon juice, Garlic Powder, Salt and pepper together until it's about the consistency of a thick ranch dressing. Cover the Tuna steaks completely with this. Sprinkle with the Seafood Magic..or some other kind of seafood Spices. Let the tuna get ROOM TEMP.

Grill 5-6 minutes per side.
