Recipe from
SUNBABIE
Lettuce (your choice), Scallions, Red Bell Pepper,
Yellow Bell Pepper
Bacon bits (I prefer to use real bacon), Grated Parmesan
Cheese
Caeser Dressing (Kraft and Ken's are good), Croutons,
Salt and pepper to taste
toss well....Parmesan cheese can be sprinkled over after
tossing...I prefer to toss it all together.

Southern Potato Salad Original Recipe from SUNBABIE
Peel 5 medium potatoes and cut into BIG chunks. Boil in
SALTED water until JUST tender. Drain and let cool. Boil about 8 eggs. Peel
and crumble with a fork or potato masher. ( We usually just say...mash the eggs)
Let cool. In a BIG bowl, Combine the Potatoes and eggs. Stir in about a 1/2 jar
of Mayonnaise, a few squirts of Mustard, a SMALL finely chopped onion, and some
Dill relish. Salt and pepper to taste. Make sure the it is mixed
well.

Sensual Tortellini Salad Original Recipe from
Sensualee
1 lb. of tortellini
Chunks of smoked turkey (1/2 inch cut thick)
Chunks of tomato (2)
Onion - chopped thin
Italian dressing
Cook 1 lb. of tortellini's. Get the 1/2 inch of chunk
turkey (dice up into chunks). Dice up tomatoes in chunks. Chop thin 1 onion.
Then pour italian dressing over and mix together. Let cool or serve
warm.
[Can add olives and artichoke hearts if you
like]

Taco Salad from
RnR2U
This is perfect to take to a party or serve for a
group.
1 head of lettuce, 1 lb of ground meat, 1 onion, 2
tomatoes,
shredded cheese-{any favorite kind will do} , **I like to
use a mix of white and yellow cheeses,**
1 package of Taco Seasoning, 1 medium bottle of Catalina
Dressing, 1 bag of Frito's {crushed}
Brown the meat and set it aside. While the meat is cooling,
tear up the lettuce and put it in a LARGE bowl. Chop the onions and cut up the
tomato's-toss in bowl. Add the meat to the mix and mix it up a bit. Now Sprinkle
the taco seasoning over the mix, add the Catalina and stir it up. Toss the
cheese into the whole lot and mix it till its pretty. The frito's??? Well add
them to the mix if your gonna eat it immediately with no hope of left overs
BUT....what I do is let everyone add their chips to their own bowl before they
pile it with their "goodies".
**You can also set some Salsa and Sour cream aside for
people to add if they like...Use your imagination!! MMMmmmmmmmmm good
eatin!!!!

ONIONS SLICED ALMONDS COOKED CHICKEN CHUNKS FRESH BEAN
SPROUTS
DRESSING 1/2 CUP
VEG. OIL 1/4 CUP APPLE CIDER VINEGAR OR RED WINE
VINEGAR 2 TABLESPOONS SUGAR
1 TEASPOON SALT 2 TEASPOON
ACCENT (flavor enhancer) MIX WELL AND POUR OVER
SALAD MIXTURE. TOP WITH CHINESE NOODLES BEFORE SERVING.

Summer Turkey or Chicken Salad From Missy
3 MEDIUM FRESH PEACHES OR NECTARINES 6 CUPS TORN MIXED SALAD GREENS 2 CUPS
CUBED SMOKED OR COOKED TURKEY OR CHICKEN (10 TO 12 OZ) 2 CUPS HALVED FRESH STRAWBERRIES 1/2 CUP
PECAN HALVES
DRESSING 1/4 CUP
OIL 1/4 CUP PEACH JAM OR PRESERVES
2 TABLESPOONS VINEGAR MIX
AND POUR OVER SALAD RASPBERRY JAM OR PRESERVE IS
ALSO VERY GOOD TOO. YOU MAY CHANGE FRUITS AND JAMS ACCORDING TO YOUR
TASTE.

Layered Fruit Salad Recipe From Missy
Makes about 5 1/2 cups or 10 servings
2 packages (4-serving size) JELL-O Orange or Strawberry
Flavor Gelatin 1 1/2 cups boiling
water 1 cup cold water ice cubes
2 tablespoons lemon juice 2
cups fresh fruit (banana slices, orange sections and halved seedless
grapes) 1 package (3 oz.) cream cheese,
softened 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Combine cold
water and ice cubes to make 2 1/2 cups. Add to gelatin with lemon juice,
stirring until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Measure 1 cup of
the gelatin; set aside. Stir fruit into remaining gelatin; pour into serving
bowl. Place measured gelatin, cheese and cinnamon in blender. Cover and blend
until smooth. Spoon carefully over gelatin mixture in bowl. Chill until set, about 2 hours.
