Drunkin' Vodka Rigatoni
from LMW814

1 can (28oz) crushed tomatoes (Tuttorsosso brand)

1/4 cup of butter,   1/3 cup vodka

4 slices of cooked and diced bacon,   1 pt. heavy cream

1 lb. grooved macaroni, such as rigatoni or penne

1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese,   salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter in a large skillet.  When butter foams, add bacon.  Saute over medium heat until lightly colored. Add vodka and stir until it has evaporated.  stir in tomato sauce and cream.  Simmer, uncovered, 8 to 10 minutes.  Season with salt and pepper.  Fill a very large saucepan two-thirds full with salted water.  Bring water to a boil.  Add macaroni.  Bring water back to a boil and cook macaroni, uncovered until tender but firm to the bite, 8 to 10 minutes.  Drain macaroni and place in a large bowl.  Toss macaroni and sauce until sauce cover the macaroni, 20 to 30 seconds.  Serve immediately with Parmesan cheese.  Makes 4 to 6 servings.  Serve with a tossed salad and garlic bread for a complete meal.

Shrimp Milano
from EvilLdy

1/2 cup of Butter,   1 1/2 cups of Romano Cheese Grated

1 Cup of Whipping Cream ( 8 oz ),   1/4 cup of chopped Fresh Parsley

1 lbs of Fresh Boiled Cleaned Shrimp,   2 Cups of Fresh Broccoli Boiled

Fettuccine Pasta

Boil Shrimp with the shells on then clean, this prevents the shrimp from shrinking. Boil them for 4 Minutes.  Melt Butter in a sauce pan.  Stir in grated Cheese.  Pour in Cream and stir constantly.  Stir till thick and then stir in Cleaned Cooked Shrimp, and Cooked Broccoli.  Pour over Fettuccine.  Add Fresh Chopped Parsley

Note: I usually start the sauce as the Fettuccine is cooking, it only takes about 10 minutes to cook, the sauce.  Add Salt to the Fettuchine as it is boiling.  Enjoy

Shrimp Alfredo for 4
from RnR2U

1 lb of shrimp {fresh} ,   **add 1/2lb for each additional 2 persons**

2 packages of Lipton Alfredo noodle mix,   1 bunch of broccoli

Boil the shrimp with a package of crab and shrimp boil. { it tastes too fishy if you don't }. After a couple of minutes the shrimp will "pink" -it is finished.   Peel the shells off of the shrimp and tear into pieces-set aside.   Wash the broccoli and cut the tips into bite sized pieces-set aside.  Prepare the Alfredo noodles according to the directions on the back of the package. While the noodles are boiling, add the shrimp and the broccoli.   When the noodles are finished-so is the dinner!!! Walla !!  a wonderful meal in 1 pot!!

**I usually serve this meal with a salad and garlic cheese bread**
