6 pork chops,     1/2 sour cream,   vegetable oil ,   1/4 t. pepper

seasoned salt,     1-24oz pkg frozen hashbrowns,   1 can cream of celery soup,    1 c. shredded cheddar

1/2 cup milk ,  1 can french-fried onions

Brown the chops.   Sprinkle with seasoned salt.   Set aside.  Combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper, 1/4 t seasoned salt.  Stir in potatoes, 1/2 c. cheese, and half of french fried onions.  Spoon mixture into 9x13 baking dish.  Arrange chops over potatoes.   Bake, covered at 350 40 mins.  Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 5 more mins.
